Understand Series 6 B

Synchronous multi-channel spectrum analysis

Obtain 4, 6, or 8 spectral analysis channels. The hardware digital down converter (DDC) parallel to time-domain signal processing has powerful functions.

Fidelity starts from the probe end

Through 4, 6, or 8 FlexChannels ® Input, you can use the standard 1 GHz probe to detect the circuit. High performance single ended active probes or differential probes can be connected, or a TriMode probe can be used to simultaneously perform single ended and differential component measurements with one probe. Connect the TLP058 logic probe to any FlexChannel input and obtain 8 digital channels to enhance system visibility.

  • Built in 1 M Ω to 50 Ω input terminal
  • Each input comes with a 1 GHz low load passive probe
  • TekVPI probes are connected to a 10W probe power supply for each channel, used for differential signal, current, power rail, and optical isolation probes
  • TDP7700 series 4, 6, 8, and 10 GHz TriMode probes - perfect for measuring high-speed communication
